Attorney N. Leah Fink was born and raised in Pittsburgh attending Allderdice High School. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Communications with a minor in psychology. She earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1989. Attorney Fink has devoted her practice since law school almost exclusively to representing injured and disabled individuals in claims for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income Benefits and has helped thousands of people obtain the benefits they are entitled. She knew early on that she wanted to help the disabled and was lucky to find her practice area.

Ms. Fink is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association Social Security Section, and is widely acknowledged for her knowledge and experience in the Social Security area. She is often called upon by other attorneys for advice in this field.

Attorney Fink is a member of the American Bar Associations, the Federal Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives, (NOSSCR) which helps Attorney Fink to stay current with all of the changes in her field.  She is admitted to practice in the Western District of Pennsylvania and The Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

When not devoting her attention to her practice, you will usually find her with friends, family and their many animals at the barn where they are watched over by a peacock, named George.
